Scandinavian fine jewellery – Committed To The Exceptional
Kristjan Eyjolfsson, known for his high quality Scandinavian fine jewellery and one off bespoke creations he crafts for clients worldwide.
From the bold artistry of our designs to the quality of the craftsmanship and materials, we aspire to take fine jewellery beyond the expected.
Each of our Scandinavian fine jewellery pieces is meticulously crafted by hand using time-honoured techniques to transform precious metals and stones into works of fine art. Influenced by the dramatic forms found within nature, architecture, classical painting and sculpture, our designs are at once elegant, compelling and enduring.
Exemplary in every respect
For us, making the most beautiful work possible involves focusing on the journey of each piece as much as the final result. This means that we source all our materials with as much respect for social and environmental considerations, as the superlative quality of the gems and metals we use.
From conflict-free and certified diamonds, to traceable precious stones, sustainably-sourced metals and ethically-harvested pearls, we believe that remarkable jewellery should not come at a cost to people or the environment.

It was as a 14 year-old in his native Iceland that Kristjan began what would go on to become a lifelong pursuit of excellence. There, under the guidance of three eminent master gold and silversmiths, he lay the foundation for the impeccable craft and striking aesthetics that now define his award-winning work. It was an apprenticeship that spanned 7 years, through which time he honed his skills in much the same way venerable goldsmiths have done for centuries, developing an artisanal dedication to his profession that is increasingly rare today.
At 19, he received a scholarship to the prestigious Lahti Institute of Design and Fine Art in Finland, which he augmented with an Honours BA in Jewellery and Silversmithing in England. Advanced professional training followed, and it was not long before Kristjan was offered a head jeweller position at respected London company in 2006.
In 2012, Kristjan realised a long-held dream when he launched his namesake brand in partnership with his wife Ivonne, over the years he has won numerous awards for jewellery design and craftsmanship.
The vision then was the same as it is now: to offer inspiring designs of unparalleled craftsmanship. Today, Kristjan continues to push boundaries as both a designer and maker in creating extraordinary Scandinavian fine jewellery pieces for the most discerning clientele – Her Majesty herself among them.

Remarkable jewellery and ornaments, created with respect for the world and its people
Kristjan Eyjolfsson is dedicated to offering clients “the exceptional” in every aspect of our business. This extends to our social, ethical and environmental commitments, to which we apply the same unwavering high standards as our jewellery and ornaments. To Kristjan this results in high quality Scandinavian style fine jewellery, its not only what is designed and made but how it is done. From the sourcing of our materials through to our final packaging, we are dedicated to protecting the environment and supporting the communities and people behind our products at every stage of our processes.
We take our position as transparent and responsible jewellers and craftsmen seriously, and believe that creating surpassingly beautiful pieces can go hand in hand with fostering a better, more beautiful world.
To this end, we have adopted the following policies and we seek out partners who share the same values:
Sustainably-sourced Precious Metals
Our search for ecologically-sound precious metals is ongoing and takes us across the world. With very few exceptions, our collections are hand-made using 100% recycled gold, platinum and 925 Sterling Silver. This enables us to avoid the ethical and environmental implications of mining, while also achieving our high expectations for quality.
For all our collection and bespoke pieces, we proudly note the use of recycled precious metals (Gold, Platinum, Silver) by way of exclusive Hallmarks.
Traceable Precious Stones and Ethically-sourced Pearls
To realise our objectives of using only conflict-free precious stones and ethically harvested pearls, we choose to do business with suppliers that are transparent about their sources and able to trace the stones and pearls we buy. This helps us verify that they came to us without detriment to the people or places from where they originated.
Conflict-free and Certified Diamonds
Like all our precious stones, we go to great lengths to ensure that the spectacular diamonds we use are not tarnished by unethical or environmentally-unsound practices. Where possible, we make use of international agreements such as the Kimberley Process to help us achieve this.
To offer assurance of quality, we guarantee the authenticity of our diamonds by providing Gemmological Institute of America (GIA), International Gemmological Institute (IGI) or Diamond High Council (HRD) reports for larger diamonds.
Manufacturing Practices
Our policies extend beyond the selection of our materials and consider every aspect of our processes. As just a few examples, we strive to avoid the use of harmful chemicals when creating our pieces and we continually recycle any scrap metal off-cuts and file dust.
Our social and environmental commitments are not something we take lightly and we are constantly seeking out new ways to improve our methods and offer our clients jewellery that is admirable in every respect.
