All pieces produced by Kristjan Eyjolfsson are made to order and so your imagination is the limit when it comes to designs. We are passionate about bringing your vision to life and are also happy to guide you in creating something that really speaks to you and will be enjoyed for years to come. I have an idea for a design – can you help me create it?

For over 20 years, we have been helping our clients around the world fine-tune their ideas to produce designs that we later make into exquisite jewellery pieces and ornaments. We welcome the opportunity to work with you and encourage you to email us or phone us to book an appointment to discuss your ideas. Before your appointment, it will be useful for you to bring a rough sketch or inspiration images of your idea.

Can you advise me on metal and precious stone/ diamond options?

Absolutely! We have been making jewellery for a long time and have been repairing jewellery for even longer – so we know what works best depending on your needs. We would be more than happy to guide you by being as transparent as possible.

I have my own stones/gold – can you make something for me?

We have been able to accommodate these requests in the past but these need to be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please note our disclaimer.

I want to surprise my partner and propose. Can you help me choose the right piece?

We welcome to the opportunity to help you on this important event and our experience is available to you when you book an appointment to discuss. Some clients are confident of the design their partner would like, others prefer to have their partner involved in the design process – we are here to help in any scenario.

How much will an bespoke creation cost?

A bespoke creation cost depends on many factors, such as design, craftsmanship, metal choice, gemstone choice and gemstone size. When you book your appointment with us, and we get a chance to discuss your wishes, we can provide you with a detailed quote. We prefer to be as transparent as possible and if you have a budget in mind, please share it with us so that we can provide a variety of options to suit. As  a designer and craftsman, I can control many factors that off-the-shelf products cannot offer.

How long does it take to have a bespoke/ custom-made piece made?

This depends on the complexity of the design but if you have a particular date in your mind, do share it with us and we can work towards completing your piece by then. Typically, bespoke pieces take between 8 and 12 weeks to create.

Can I make changes to the design once you have started making my piece?

As per our Design Policy, Kristjan Eyjolfsson gives you the opportunity to make small changes to designs before work begins and the deposit payment has been received.

Please note that we encourage our customers to investigate their finger size to ensure ideal sizing and comfort. In the case where significant changes are requested or the piece has to be remade, you may incur additional charges.

If an item has been finished to the requested specifications, further changes may incur a charge.
