You will be emailed your order dispatch date and relevant delivery details within 48 hours of placing your order.

If your item is in stock and payment has cleared, we will dispatch it within 72 hours from receipt of your order.

If your item is not in stock, it will be hand-crafted especially for you and that process can take between 3 to 8 weeks to complete. This depends on the complexity of the product and the materials available to craft the piece.

Bespoke orders, in which we will be custom-making a one-of-a-kind product for you, will usually take between 6 and 16 weeks to complete. Exact timeframes depend on the complexity of the piece and will be discussed with you when you receive your quote.

If you wish to check if an item is in stock or you need to place an urgent order, we encourage you to contact us by email us on info@kristjaneyjolfsson.com Monday to Saturday 10am-5pm AEST.
We will aim to accommodate urgent requests at no additional charge but under certain circumstances, a priority charge may apply.

If your order is not urgent but you require it by a particular date, please ensure you let us know by writing this in the ‘Additional Information’ section upon check-out.
